What to Bring:
- Passport (mandatory) – This is required for identification purposes.
- Glasses or contact lenses if you wear them (vision will be tested).
- An interpreter if you do not speak English.
- Any relevant medical documents (e.g., prescription medications, previous medical reports).
Drink plenty of water before your appointment, as a urine sample is required.
After Your Appointment
What Happens Next?
- We submit your results electronically to Immigration New Zealand or Australian Immigration.
- If your results are normal, no further action is needed.
- If further testing is required, we will contact you to arrange follow-ups.

Driver’s Licence Medicals

In New Zealand, a DL9 medical certificate is required by individuals applying for or renewing a heavy vehicle license (classes 2, 3, 4, or 5), or endorsements for passengers, vehicle recovery, driving instruction, or testing. We make this process simple, efficient, and stress-free.

Drug and alcohol testing is often required by employers to meet health and safety standards. A sample of your urine and breath will be collected from one of our NZQA/Certified staff.
Analysing samples can take from a few seconds to up to 5 minutes, detecting the presence or absence of drugs and alcohol in your system.
